From £600What Is an Escort?
An escort is paid for her time and company. What happens within that time is a private matter between two consenting adults, and that distinction is not a legal fiction, it is how the arrangement genuinely works.
What you are actually booking
An hour, or several. Some bookings are dinner and conversation, some are not, and the same escort may do both in a week. The rate buys the time; everything else is agreed between you.
This is why listings itemise so carefully. Nothing is assumed, and nothing is implied by the price.
Agency or independent
An agency answers the phone, screens the client and manages the diary, taking a cut for it. An independent does all of that herself and keeps the whole rate, which usually means a lower price and a slower reply.
Neither is better. An agency is more certain at eleven at night; an independent is easier to see again.
What it is not
It is not a relationship, and the good escorts are clear about that without being cold. It is also not the street trade the word sometimes conjures, which is a different world with different risks and is illegal in ways this is not.
The guide covers prices, vocabulary and the law. If you are booking for the first time, start with the recommended listings.
